We are looking for an exceptional Agile Program Manager to be part of the leadership team of an Agile Program consisting of multiple software engineering teams. Experience communicating technical program status and progress to a non­technical audience is key.


What you'll do 

  • Create clear visibility into status and progress against business goals and budget via qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Manage program health via risk assessments and adjusting to changing requirements
  • Coordinate activities across all functions of the business, particularly Product Management, Engineering and Business teams
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and facilitate open communication
  • Own the overall communication and stakeholder management; compile regular updates for senior leadership
  • Forecast completion estimates using our in-house tooling, empirical data and stated assumptions
  • Facilitate and support agile ceremonies and coaching opportunities
  • Define, align, and improve processes in close collaboration with the Agile delivery team
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on Strategic level management
  • Interface and build relationships across the organization
  • Champion a collaborative culture across teams
  • Ensure a seamless interface with client services and production support
  • Coordinate Go-To-Market efforts for appropriate program releases
  • Assist in training projects as necessary (such as rolling out new tools and technologies to teams)
  • Run retrospectives at the program level and be accountable to follow through on learnings


What we're looking for 

  • You have led programs involving cross functional projects in the range of 1-5 million dollars
  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
  • Strong ownership, bias for action and willingness to role-up your sleeves
  • Exceptional time management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong partnering and influencing skills in all levels of the organization including senior leaders and ability to build consensus while dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to adapt, be flexible and responsive to dynamic and changing situations
  • Familiarity with Clarity, Oracle Financials a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with all levels of the organization, including senior executives
  • Excellent data analysis, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to forecast resource requirements in a data-driven way
  • Expertise in more than one Agile methodology, which could include Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, etc
